Returns Policy
Returns can be made on unopened products, but a few simple rules do apply.

1. Returns must be filed on the 3rd, 14th, and 27th day of each month. Returns made in February must be filed on the 31st. Any return requests filed on any other day will be promptly deleted.

2. We do not accept returns from Montana, Idaho, Maine, South+North Dakota, the whole west coast, Oregon, Florida and Arizona.

3. Customers have 60 days to file a return request. Just to make sure you really wish to return a product you must have had received and owned the product for 59 days. A detailed quiz about the product in question will be required to make sure you have actually tried the product out.

4. With every return there is a 50% chance that the money being returned will instead be given to a charity of our choice. This is decided by a random number generator. Everyone who is selected to receive their money back will be paid via DuckoCoin. We will ask for you wallet information at that time.

5. Customers wishing to return must accrue Return Points™. Customers gain 5 Return Points™ for every order over $50, once you have a total of 25 points you are eligible to spend those points on a return request. These points are kept on our systems only so you must keep track of your points on your own. Keep rule 1 in mind.

6. You can exchange a product for a similarly priced product simply by purchasing the new desired product you want and sending the old product to the address listed in our contact us page. The old product will be put back into our stock at no cost to you. (A refund on the product being sent back will not be issued.)

7. Returns are not guaranteed. This depends on the the mood our returns coordinator is in.

Shipping

 We offer free shipping for all of Texas. Orders outside Texas but still in the United States and over $50 will also be free. Otherwise there is a flat rate of $7.50. We are not liable for any damages that occur in the shipping process. In the event we send the package to the wrong address (it happens a lot) we will provide you the address so you can contact them and try to get your product back. If you are unsuccessful in your attempt to retrieve your misdelivered product we will give you a coupon code for 5% off a replacement order (this code does not stack with other discounts).
